Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Escalia users and visitors can request deletion of personal information associated with Escalia accounts, public pages, leads, appointments, integrations, and related services.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Request Deletion

  • Send a deletion request to support@escalia.io from the email address associated with your Escalia account or the email address used when submitting a form.
  • Include your full name, email address, business or account name if applicable, the public page URL if the request relates to a lead or appointment, and a clear statement that you want your data deleted.
  • For security, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the account.

Account Data

  • If you are an Escalia account owner, we can delete or anonymize account records, business profiles, public pages, landing pages, uploaded files, CRM records, leads, appointment data, analytics records, and related settings where legally and technically possible.
  • Some records may be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, backups, or enforcement of agreements.

Visitor, Lead, and Appointment Data

  • If you submitted information through a public page powered by Escalia, we can help route or process deletion requests for data stored in Escalia.
  • The business that owns the public page may also have received or exported your information. You may need to contact that business directly for deletion from systems outside Escalia.

Third-Party Integrations

  • Deleting data from Escalia does not automatically delete copies already sent to third-party services configured by an account owner, such as ad platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, email tools, calendars, or CRMs.
  • You should also submit deletion requests directly to those third-party services when applicable.

Processing Time

  • We aim to review and respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter or longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
  • Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups or system logs for a limited period before routine deletion cycles remove it.

Contact

  • For data deletion requests, contact support@escalia.io.
